The Ceropegia Woodii ‘Orange River’ can grow fast with the right care. The ideal place for this plant is one with indirect sunlight. If the Ceropegia Woodii is in the dark too much, growth will fall behind. The Orange River Ceropegia likes to get some water once a week. Allow the potting soil to dry thoroughly between irrigations to prevent root rot. Best way to go is to ‘bottom water’ your Ceropegia.
Is the plant enjoying itself and are the stems hanging on the ground? No problem. You simply cut off a piece of the stem and put it on water, waiting for it root. You can also choose to put the cutting directly in moist soil.
There are just so many cool varieties of Ceropegia and once you have one, you’re hooked! Do you already have these in your collection: Ceropegia Linearis ‘String of Needles’, Ceropegia Woodii Variegata ‘String of Hearts’ or the quirky Ceropegia Woodii Simoneae!
