5 stars because although this plant arrived very badly damaged and broken, it has made a full recovery thanks to the fact it was very healthy to begin with. The Plant Dynasty plants I’ve ordered have always arrived with super healthy roots and nice quality potting medium which helps them settle into their new home (my home) so easily, even if they get shaken up in the mail 🙂
